Hello, I'm Tina.
Certified High Performance Coach™.Â
Franchisee Whisperer.
And the kind of person who builds operational systems and still forgets where she put her coffee. Twice.
Tandem Spark was born from the moment where I met with clarity... and it called my bluff.
Now, I help wildly capable-but-slightly-frazzled leaders build burnout-proof systems using high performance habits, practical tools, and a unique coaching voice that tries not to guilt trip you when you didn't do the thing you said you were going to do.
I believe in:
-
The power of momentum over perfection
-
Joy as a leadership tool
-
And building a life that actually feels as good as it looks on paper
I’ve helped franchise owners, corporate leaders, and teams across North America reset their mindset, reclaim their time, and finally move with purpose—not pressure.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about igniting you.
You’ll find my programs filled with coaching tools, step-by-step frameworks, and just enough value to keep you awake and honest.
So stop white-knuckling your way through leadership, I’ve got you.
Coffee’s on. Joy is preloaded. Let’s build something wildly effective (and human) in the process.
Let’s get your spark back ->
My Origin Story (cue dramatic montage music):Â
Once upon a time, I was running a franchise—doing everything from having parent appointments, lesson planning for hundreds of students, and hiring staff to finding red pens and whiteout all the while making sure nobody cried (including me). I loved helping students thousands of succeed over the course of my career, but I was also drowning in admin work, over-functioning, and trying to be both CEO and a committed dog mom.
Eventually, I realized: this isn’t sustainable. I could either keep spinning... or build something better.
So I did. I built systems. Delegated. Hired. Automated. And most importantly—I found my spark again. Now, I help other leaders do the same: build a business that runs without running you into the ground.
Â
My Core Values:
-
Clarity > Chaos: We don’t need more noise—we need better questions.
-
Leadership Without Burnout: You can lead powerfully without losing yourself.
-
Progress Over Perfection: Done is better than perfect. Messy is better than nothing. Always.
-
Joy as a Leadership Tool: Laughter builds trust faster than any onboarding doc.
-
Systems That Serve People: The tools should work for you—not the other way around.

Fun Facts That Make Me, Me:
-
I was voted Most Sarcastic in high school, and yes, I’ve made it into a marketable skill.
-
I once built an entire workflow system using sticky notes, a sharpie, and pure chaos-fueled determination.
-
I coach with a side of humor, always. If we can’t laugh about it, we’re probably avoiding it.
- I am much more conscientious about my posture now and no longer live with "tech-neck."

IGNITE YOUR LIFE! (without setting it on fire, please)
Let’s be honest.
If you’ve recently muttered something like:
“I don’t know what I should do next.”Â
“I don’t know why I keep putting this off.”
“I don’t know if I’m supposed to do that or that or just lie down for a minute...”
Congratulations. You’re not broken—you’re human.
And also? You probably need a coach.
Not the shouty kind. Not the hustle-culture-toting, inbox-zero-is-life kind.
You need someone who can see you—even when you're tangled in to-dos, self-doubt, and that weird in-between place where you're too tired to push but too driven to quit.
Coaching with me isn’t about fixing you.
You’re not a lawnmower.
It’s about drawing out the bold, wildly generous, purpose-packed version of you that's already in there... probably buried under a pile of other people’s expectations and a Google calendar that's gained sentience.
I’m here to be a kind, but necessary nudge. The person who asks the right (occasionally uncomfortable) questions, holds your vision when you're wobbling, and reminds you that integrity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the map.
So if you’re ready to stop guessing, stop stalling, and start living on purpose—without burning yourself out in the process?
Let’s talk. I promise to bring clarity, compassion, and maybe a clipboard.
(Just kidding. I'll definitely bring my clipboard.)
